Mike Perry

President

Since founding Forestry Services in 1983, Mike has been helping clients grow, manage, and market their timber to meet their objectives. He has dedicated his career to upholding the integrity of clients and their land.

In 1985, Mike became a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and in 2003 he started Arborland Realty, LLC and became a Commercial Realtor.

Ben Maness

Consulting Forester

Bachelor of Science in Forest Management- Summa Cum Laude, North Carolina State University, 2021

Ben has experience working in timber procurement, genetic tree improvement at NCSU, and forestry consulting. Through his past work experience, he found it most fulfilling to work with individual landowners to help shape their forests to their needs. As the newest member of the FSI team, Ben brings new technology and ideas to the table to better serve our landowners.
